Peer Education Meet and Greet The Peer Education Meet and Greet has been designed to welcome new Peer Educators into the Peer Education Programme, allowing them to learn about their role and what to expect during the year. The C-SHAW Meet and Greet offers an opportunity for both Peer Educators and staff members to get to know one another, including each person's role within the program. It was intended to allow new Peers to know one another while fostering a newfound relationship with senior peer educators. International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia The C-SHAW Peer Educators participated in the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHBT) \ in collaboration with the GALA Archive. IDAHBT, which is observed on May 17 every year, raises awareness of the persistent violence and persecution LGBTQI+ groups experience worldwide.
