Figure 1 depicts students’ perceptions of the implementation of DE software into CELCHB3. 75 per cent of students strongly agreed that using DE software to design experiments provided better accuracy of results compared to designing of experiment without DE. In a previous study, about 55 per cent also strongly agreed that the software is effective in the design of CELCHB3 experiments (SAGE, 2019), indicating the effectiveness of the software and the willingness of the students to implement the software in their CELCHB3 module going forward. In the present study, 60 per cent of students surveyed were neutral about encountering challenges using the software and whether it was easier to do statistical analysis of the data with DE software.
