College of Business and Economics | Annual Report 2024 68 UJ TPC Team Ethical Exploiters wins the CTF red team challenge at the ITWEB Security Summit hackathon STAKEHOLDERS AND PARTNERS – NATIONAL AND GLOBAL FOOTPRINT TPC’s growing network includes partnerships with: ƒ SAP, Huawei, Microsoft, MICT SETA, SITA, SALGA, Standard Bank, MindWorx, ƒ National organisations like Geekulcha, , NEMISA, African Bank International collaborators such as University of Botswana Innovation Challenge, Innovation Village (Ghana), START Fellowship (Switzerland), and Zhongguancun Science Park (China) Media coverage on platforms like ITWeb, Maglazana, and recognition in UJ Communications, and international honours such as the START Fellowship placement elevated TPC’s visibility and reputation. TPC students also won the Capture the Flag Red Team Challenge at the ITWeb Security Summit 2024, showcasing UJ’s leadership in cybersecurity innovation.
