2 Message from the Director As I step into my role as the new director of the School of Consumer Intelligence and Information Systems, I am filled with both excitement and gratitude. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation to Prof. Mpinganjira, the outgoing director, who has dedicated her expertise, passion, and unwavering commitment to the school in recent years. Her leadership has been instrumental in laying a foundation for the school’s success, and I am truly grateful for her guidance and contributions.
