In addition to these, programme reviews for nine additional programmes were in process, for completion in 2024. A total of 38 workshops were conducted, and 49 consultations (including for the ECSA process outlined below) were held to assist the teaching teams primarily with the development of the self-evaluation report and any other support they might need. In an attempt to streamline the workshops, CAPQP decided that programme reviews scheduled for 2024 will only start in the seconds semester of 2024 due to institution-wide projects in which the CAPQP team will be involved. Also, the Centre is in the process of recruiting new staff members. All programmes who will commencing with their review process will be invited to a generic Workshop 1. Workshop 1 deals with quality matters that apply to all programmes. Workshop 2, which deals with Programme design will then be done per programme. 2023 ANNUAL REPORT DIVISION FOR TEACHING EXCELLENCE 73
